Add your agreement
Put your terms, privacy policy, and cancellation policy under Settings → Contracts, and choose Signature as the acceptance method.
Customers sign at checkout
They open the full agreement, type their name or draw a signature, and tap Sign & Accept before paying.
Proof is filed for you
The signature is stored on the booking and in the terms proof PDF, alongside pickup and return records.
Yes. Checkbox acceptance is the default. Switch to Signature under Settings → Contracts when you want a signed agreement.
Customers on manual bookings are asked to accept your terms before pickup, and staff see an alert if a pickup happens without a signed document.
