Lockii
Lockii is for the next booking on your own site. You set the price, the deposit, the locations, and how pickup works. Someone who rented last month can come back to you, not go looking in their app.
Neighbors Trailer
Renters already search Neighbors Trailer. A listing gets you screening, payments, and a phone number to call, without you building a name. They keep the renter account, the listing, and the rules. That is a reasonable trade when the trailer would otherwise sit in the yard.
List on Neighbors Trailer when you need their renters. Use Lockii when you want the customers to be yours.
Damage cover, tolls, and the yard
Lockii
Lockii does not sell trailer insurance, and it does not run a toll program. The customer gets checked, gets a lock code for that booking, and GPS plus photos confirm the return. You keep your insurer, your rental agreement, and however you already handle tolls.
Neighbors Trailer
NT Protect, damage requests, and the toll program are the reasons a lot of owners list. Tolls can hit the renter's card during the trip. They also publish biometric ID checks. Some listings say 24/7 contactless pickup, and GPS is a partner tracker such as PassTime, not something the booking closes by itself.
Neighbors Trailer is the better buy when you want their damage cover and toll collection. Lockii is the better buy when the yard has to run with nobody handing over keys.
What a busy month costs

Lockii is $12 USD per locked trailer per month, and it does not take a percentage. A $150 weekend at 20% is $30 gone. That same trailer on Lockii is about $12 for the whole month, whether it goes out once or every weekend. Ten locked trailers are about $120 a month before a volume discount.
Neighbors Trailer
On marketplace bookings they publish a 20% fee on what you charged for the rental. The renter also pays a 10% booking fee, minimum $10, a 3% fee on the deposit, a protection fee that moves around, and tax where a state wants it. My Reservations is marketed as free, including for bookings that came from outside the marketplace, and on that path they say you keep the rental rate. Check which path the booking is actually on before you treat the software as free.
The free reservation tool is a good deal if you only take the odd direct booking. Once the marketplace weekends are the business, run the 20% on a full month, not on a quiet one.
