Formally established a little over a year ago, Lockii is helping rental businesses accomplish things that they didn't think were possible: like run a 7-figure trailer rental company with no employees and still hold down a full time day job (because they want to).
Lockii is about unlocking the path to a new type of rental business. One that's not bound by a shopfront, employees or even locations. A business that can scale interstate with ease and, most importantly, a business that can run itself. Our customers rent trailers, equipment, tools, bikes, watercraft. They also rent baseball machines, hydraulic lifts and floating saunas. These are just the ones we've found so far and they are growing fast and screaming at the top of their lungs.
The product has to be so reliable that operators trust it to operate autonomously at 2am on a Saturday. That means shipping carefully, thinking in systems, and caring about the edge cases most teams shrug off.

- Building and shipping full-stack product: customer-facing rental flows, operator tools, payments, access control, and the automation that makes fleets run themselves.
- Owning problems end to end, scoping, designing, implementing, shipping, and iterating from real operator feedback.
- Raising the quality bar: reliability, performance, and the boring details that make automation trustworthy.
- Working closely with founders, sales, and operators to turn messy real-world rental workflows into sharp product.
- Behaving like a business owner, not simply an employee.
- Constantly looking for leverage: what can we automate, simplify, or delete so the product does more with less.
