Connect Zoho Books to standardized Lockii booking invoices
Overview
Connect Zoho Books so rental bookings can become accounting-ready invoice data without CSV cleanup.
The Zoho Books adapter receives the same normalized Lockii payload used by every accounting provider and maps it into Zoho's invoice line-item structure.
How it works
- Connect Zoho Books with OAuth from Lockii settings — no access tokens to copy.
- Card payments sync as unapplied customer payments while the hire is open.
- When the booking is returned, Lockii creates the invoice and allocates those payments.
Configure
- Open Settings, Integrations, then Zoho Books.
- Click Connect Zoho Books and sign in to approve access to your organisation.
- After you return to Lockii, confirm the mapped tax and account fields before sending live invoices.
