Send Lockii booking invoices through a Xero-ready transformer
Overview
Connect Xero to turn Lockii booking, customer, tax, and rental line items into Xero invoice payloads.
Lockii keeps one accounting payload internally, then maps it into Xero's ACCREC invoice format before sending it to Xero.
How it works
- Connect Xero with OAuth from Lockii settings — no access tokens to copy.
- Lockii stores the connection securely and marks Xero as the active accounting provider.
- Card payments sync as Xero prepayments while the hire is open. The invoice is created and allocated when the booking is returned.
Configure
- Open Settings, Integrations, then Xero.
- Click Connect Xero and sign in to approve access to your organisation.
- After you return to Lockii, verify invoice mapping with a test booking.
