Connect QuickBooks to Lockii's normalized accounting payload
Overview
Connect QuickBooks so Lockii booking revenue can be transformed into QuickBooks invoice data.
The connection uses the same normalized accounting payload as Zoho Books and Xero, then maps it into QuickBooks sales item lines.
How it works
- Connect QuickBooks with OAuth from Lockii settings — no access tokens to copy.
- Lockii stores the connection securely and marks QuickBooks as connected.
- Payments sync as unapplied receive-payments during the hire. The invoice is created and linked when the booking is returned.
Configure
- Open Settings, Integrations, then QuickBooks.
- Click Connect QuickBooks and sign in to Intuit to approve access.
- After you return to Lockii, run a test sync before sending live invoice data.
